Dear Sir/Madam,

Information on the Processing of Personal Data
  1. The administrator of your personal data is:
    • Trigon Dom Maklerski Joint Stock Company, ul. Mogilska 65, 31-545 Kraków

    • NIP: 676-10-44-221,
    • REGON: 001270919.
  2. To ensure the safety and proper processing of your data, we have appointed a Data Protection Officer. He is Michał Sekulski, and can be contacted via email at: dpo@trigon.pl.
  3. Your data is processed in the form of identification, address, contact, and financial data, for the following purposes:
    • conclusion and execution of a service agreement (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR);
    • handling complaints, requests, and appeals (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR);
    • pursuing potential claims (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR);
    • fulfilling obligations arising from legal regulations (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR);
    • actions aimed at detecting and preventing financial fraud, as well as ensuring the security of clients' funds (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR);
    • marketing our own products, if consent has been given (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR).
  4. The recipients of your data are exclusively entities entitled to receive them based on generally applicable legal regulations.
  5. The data we process is collected directly from you, your legal representative, attorney (in case of granted power of attorney), business entity (with whom you are the beneficial owner), employer, the party to the agreement with Trigon, and from publicly available sources (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy, Central Registration and Information on Business Activity, REGON, etc.).
  6. Providing your data is not mandatory. However, failure to provide it will result in the inability to sign the agreement, provide services, or process a request/complaint/appeal.
  7. In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:
    • the right to access your data, correct it, transfer it, and delete it;
    • restriction of processing, lodging an objection, and “being forgotten”;
    • the right to withdraw consent to processing, if such consent was given.
    The exercise of your rights may be limited if separate regulations require us to do so. However, each of your requests will be treated individually and with due care by Trigon.
  8. Your data will be processed for the following periods:
    • for the duration of the agreement, and after its termination, for the period during which claims related to the execution of the agreement may be pursued;
    • as defined in the Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council of 26 June 2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms (..);
    • for the duration of the granted power of attorney, and after its expiry, according to the obligations arising from legal regulations.
  9. If you believe that we are processing data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. However, we encourage you to contact our Data Protection Officer first.
  • 10. We do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
  • 11. We do not process your data in an automated manner and do not carry out profiling.
