Registration Agent

With the entry into force on July 1, 2019, of the Act of November 9, 2018, amending certain acts, the mandatory registration of bonds, mortgage bonds, and investment certificates in the National Depository for Securities (KDPW) was introduced.

Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A., as a direct participant of the National Depository for Securities, with the entitlement to act as an emission sponsor, can perform the role of the Issuance Agent in the process of registering securities with KDPW and the Payment Agent.

As part of fulfilling the role of the Issuance Agent, the Brokerage House undertakes to:

  • Verify the requirements regarding the issuance of securities arising from legal regulations,

  • Verify the issuer's compliance with the legal requirements for offering securities,

  • Verify that the securities and the issuer meet the conditions for registration with KDPW,

  • Create a record of individuals entitled to the securities,

Emission Agent

With the entry into force on 1 July 2019 of the Act of 9 November 2018 amending certain acts, the mandatory registration in the National Securities Depository of bonds, pledge letters and investment certificates was introduced.

Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A. as a direct participant of the National Securities Depository, having the right in the scope of the type of participation sponsor of the issue, may act as an Issuing Agent in the process of registration of securities in KDPW and as a Payment Agent.

As an Issuing Agent, Dom Maklerski undertakes to:

  • verification of the requirements for the issuance of securities arising from the provisions of the law,

  • verification of compliance of the issuer's activities with the requirements for the offering of securities arising from legal regulations,

  • verification of compliance by the securities and by the issuer of the conditions of registration with the KDPW,

  • creation of a register of persons entitled to securities,

  • opening of securities registers,

  • mediation in the conclusion by the issuer of a contract, the subject of which is the registration of securities in the KDPW.


As a Payment Agent, Dom Maklerski undertakes to:

  • registration of a corporate event,

  • providing information to KDPW about each payment term resulting from bonds, pledge letters or investment certificates registered with KDPW,

  • sending to KDPW and receiving from KDPW statements and information concerning the implementation by KDPW of payment of cash benefits arising from securities,

  • intermediation in the transfer of cash to KDPW for the purpose of withdrawals,

  • transmission of data enabling KDPW to publish information on the debt of issuers.
