Piotr, Managing Partner at Trigon, joined the company in 2013.

He is one of the most experienced investment bankers on the Polish market, with over 30 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Over the years, he has gained expertise both in Poland and Central Europe, as well as in Canada. Since 1991, he has overseen the operations of global investment banks such as Nomura International, Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust, NatWest Bank, and Hambros Bank, working in Poland and Central Europe. Throughout his career, he has executed financing and capital-raising transactions worth over PLN 10 billion, as well as capital market transactions, including public offerings, mergers, and acquisitions valued at over PLN 50 billion. As an advisor, he was involved in, among others, the acquisition of BZ WBK by Banco Santander and the sale of Polkomtel S.A. by Polish shareholders and Vodafone for PLN 18.1 billion.

Piotr Chudzik is a graduate of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Richard Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario, Canada, as well as a graduate of the Master's program at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź (specialization: international trade).
