Kacper, a Market Maker in the Market Maker/Dealer Department, joined Trigon in 2024.

Before joining Trigon, he gained experience at Pekao TFI, where he was responsible for managing investment funds and handling settlements. At Trigon, he is part of the market-making team, ensuring liquidity and efficiency in trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He holds a Polish securities broker license (no. 3553).

He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Analysis – Big Data.
