Mirosław, ECM Senior Consultant in the Investment Banking team, joined Trigon in 2010.

Before joining Trigon, he worked as a broker, then organized the network of organizational units within the brokerage house, and later led the establishment of the Compliance department. His experience also includes involvement in the creation of the Commodity Energy Exchange in Poland and preparing the brokerage house to operate in the derivatives market.

Mirosław Gruca specializes in ECM transactions. Within Trigon Investment Banking, he has participated in most capital-raising projects (IPOs and SPOs) for companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange from various sectors. Additionally, he has been involved in all projects carried out by Trigon related to raising capital and listing companies’ shares on the NewConnect market (Alternative Trading System).

Mirosław Gruca graduated from the Krakow University of Technology, completed postgraduate studies in Finance and Accounting at the Management School of the Jagiellonian University, and earned an Executive MBA from the Stockholm University School of Business / UE in Kraków. Since 2011, he has held the Advisor certificate for the Alternative Trading System of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
