Trigon acted as the exclusive financial advisor in refinancing the debt of CCC Group in the amount of PLN 1.8bn

Trigon was the sole advisor and structuring agent in the refinancing of PLN 1.8 billion of bank debt. We were also responsible for designing the new debt structure and preparing and conducting the proceedings, as well as negotiating the content of the contract and ESG KPIs. The refinancing made it possible to simplify the financing structure and increase the amount of debt, while maintaining favorable contractual conditions allowing flexibility in the Group's activities.
