Transaction description

We are honored to act as the exclusive financial advisor to Total Specific Solutions, a subsidiary of Topicus and part of the Constellation Software Inc. ecosystem in a strategic investment in Asseco Poland. TSS Europe became a minority shareholder of Asseco and entered into a shareholders' agreement with Adam Góral, Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco. This partnership strengthens Asseco's shareholder base, providing long-term stability while supporting leadership change and future growth.
