Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A. has implemented the Policy on Fixed and Variable Compensation Components for individuals whose activities have a significant impact on the risk profile of Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A.
The primary objective of this implementation is to support the proper and effective risk management processes within the Brokerage House, foster a culture of risk aversion among employees and collaborators, discourage taking excessive risks beyond the risk appetite approved by the Supervisory Board of the Brokerage House, support the implementation of the business strategy, and reduce exposure to conflicts of interest.
